How good ... 💫
I hope I can make it there in my lifetime
amazing
hey mate are you stiII cIimbing?
props to anyone who knows what movie the shirt he wears in the interview is from.
Great etymology 😀
what a place! i also started doing long and right now aiming at trad bc of the mental aspect too. i resonate with every word you said. congrats
This is beautiful :)
Glad to see No Bolt climbs. They all should be. If you need to deface the rock to climb it, just buy a ladder.
This guy is awesome :D
That was fantastic.
Mates cooked but in here for it
Lovely video.Great story about the name, and I totally agree about how forgettable sport routes are.
Such an amazing line in a beautiful location !
Wow. Great story, great storytelling, great everything. 🎩
First off, nice send. Secondly: What is the name of that Django tune at the end of the video? Fire!
When the first shot is of the dood wearing an Oldboy shirt you know your in for a wild ride
this video is truly awsome and this is one of the wildest and most beautiful places I have ever been (8 months). i'm freakin motivated right now. goooooooood job
"if i had boobs i'd be sponsored" come on now... no, if you climbed 9b+ you'd be sponsored. Sick climb, but no need to bring gender into it. No one wants to see Ondra's boobs, but they do want to see him throw down 9c.
What a great way to name a climb.... those are the best when they have a story behind the name!
this is sick, keep it up
That first nut placement made just before the fall after the video starts had me screaming "Zipper". Even as he just started to climb above it the rope was already beginning to pull the wire up, Why Why Why did he not put at least a 12" runner to keep that from happening. I just don't understand, that is the trademark of a wise trad climber. Solid placement with excellent rope freedom, especially when the route begins to traverse around, Rope drag becomes a huge burden and danger. "Runners" that's all I am saying. Great video though. Thanks for sharing. Yes helmets too as mentioned by another. I am guilty as charged however. When I was climbing in the 80's and 90's I only used my helmet when Ice climbing. In hind sight I was lucky and would recommend one for all Trad climbing. Long falls can and do happen.
mike swift agree about the runners ... but maybe it is his sport climbing experience that clouds his judgement ... excellent send nonetheless.
How many people do you need to send a wall? Well, five. One climber, one belayer and three people who operate the camera drones.
This rock looks so damn good. Nice work on SENDING!
incredible climbing
I love the humbling zoom out at the end. Here’s one little guy trying his best for a long time to get a small part of a big mountain and there’s so much more.
put the smoke down.
What harness is that ?
Squibber minster yao noi!! kap
The filming on this is really top level. Turns a sweet looking climb done in impressive style into a whole story only without words.
Where did "send it" come from in climbing? I've shared beautiful places like Moab, Utah with climbers but I'm ultimately a BASE jumper. Have the sports been in such proximity that the language has crossed over? Or have all climbers realised the fun way down and picked up BASE jumping? :)
i thought it came from mountaineering. To "ascend" the mountain is the goal, or to "send", therefore climbing takes it on board as to ascend the route, or send it.
Rocking the Old Boy T
Soo good. Would have liked to see the raw run with placements included. Beautifully done.
Damn anyone know where can I get me some Augmentium?
Way above that last blue alien. Heady. Nice!
Truly impressed by the quality of the video! The climbing was also top notch, really inspiring!
So could use some augmentium myself.
awesome route, location, and climbing
This looks so damn beautiful
Aswesome climbing and great music!
Never get bored of this video. Inspiring for sure!
Looks great and almost incredible performance
why are there no comments about that super-bad OldBoy shirt he has on?!?!
because most of climbers have no idea about good movies
this is one of the dopest sends i have ever seen
